Privacy
Clairia processes the data needed to provide the scanner, account and proof log. We do not sell your data.

Data we process
Account: email. Scanner: URL, score, HTML excerpts (no screenshots). Sites: domain, widget, register, documents, script-load log. Leads: email, domain, IP address. Payments: handled by Stripe (we do not store cards).
Legal bases
Contract performance for the account, widget, register and billing. Legitimate interest for a public scan requested by a visitor. Consent for analytics if you accept them. Legal obligation for invoices.
Retention
Account and sites: while the account exists, then 30 days after deletion. Scans and excerpts: 24 months. Leads: 12 months. Technical logs: 90 days. Invoices: 10 years.
Processors
Vercel (hosting, United States), Supabase (database and auth, EU), Stripe (payments, EU/United States), Resend (email). Transfers outside the EU use standard contractual clauses where required.
Cookies
Necessary: language (NEXT_LOCALE), sign-in session, last scanned domain, remembering your cookie choice. No advertising cookies. No tracker is loaded today, even if you accept analytics.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, objection, portability, and a complaint to the CNIL (cnil.fr). Write to contact@clairia.eu. You can also manage cookies from the footer.
