Terms of use

How the Clairia scanner, account and subscriptions work.

Purpose

Clairia provides tools to help with AI transparency (site scan, disclosure widget, register, documents, proof log). You manage your account online. The service is for professionals.

Account

Access to your workspace uses a link sent by email. You are responsible for the address you use and for actions taken from your account.

Free scan

The public scan analyses the homepage you provide. Coverage is partial. The result is neither a certification nor an audit.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are listed on the Pricing page. Payment is handled by Stripe. You can cancel from the billing portal. Unless stated otherwise, amounts paid are not refunded pro rata.

Acceptable use

You agree to scan only sites you are entitled to analyse, not to overload the service, and not to use Clairia to mislead anyone with a supposed “certification”.

Your content

You keep the rights to your domains, notices and documents. Clairia may host them to provide the service. We do not sell your data.

Liability

Clairia is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that a site complies with the AI Act or any other rule. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes are submitted to the competent French courts, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules.
