HOW IT WORKS

One line of code, a visible notice.

See the chat, show the notice, keep the load history.

01

See the chat

The scanner says whether an assistant is on the homepage. No /100 score if there is no chatbot.

02

Paste one line

The script sits next to the widget (Crisp, Intercom, Tidio…).

03

The notice appears

Visitors see they are talking to an assistant, as soon as they open it.

04

The log runs

Each script load is dated. Not a “compliant” stamp.

FREQUENT QUESTIONS

What people ask when they panic.

Do I need an AI notice on a chatbot?
Yes if a visitor might think they are talking to a human. Article 50(1) requires it at the first interaction, not only in the terms.
Is the legal notice enough?
No. Too late during the chat. The sentence must sit on the widget, in the page language.
Do Crisp, Intercom or Tidio handle this?
They provide the tool. The site informs the visitor. The register and the log stay on your side.
How do I prove it?
A visible notice + a log of script loads + a register of the tool. A /100 score is not proof.
