AI system register: what to record for your site

Chatbot, copy, images: a simple inventory (system, vendor, use) avoids a blank stare when someone asks what you run.

As soon as an assistant, an image generator or a writing tool runs on the site, someone must be able to say which one, from whom, and for what. This is not a 40-column high-risk register: it is a readable inventory.

For each entry: system name, vendor (Crisp, OpenAI, in-house…), use (support, content, recommendations), and whether a transparency notice is shown. Update when you change tools, not once a year.

The Clairia scanner mainly detects known chat widgets on the homepage. It does not replace your list: a custom agent or a back-office tool will not appear. Complete the register by hand, then keep it exportable.

General information, not legal advice. A lawyer still matters if the use is disputed or high-risk.
